Portuguese creme Brulee – Recipe

1 liter of milk
7 gems
150g of sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch flour
2 lemon peels

1. In a pot, mix the egg yolks well with the corn flour.
Add the sugar and mix.
Slowly add the milk.
Finally, add the lemon peel.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until bubbling begins.
As soon as it begins to bubble, turn off the heat and remove the lemon peel.
3. Place the cream milk on a platter or on tights.
After being cold and serving time, sprinkle with sugar and burn it with an iron suitable for the purpose.
